With special care and attention to owning the entire process of cheese making we are proud to partner with this truly seed to cheese artisan.

  • Sno-Valley Mushrooms - A local favorite at farmers markets all across the Puget Sound, we are lucky enough to have the source just up the road from us in Duvall, WA. We source our daily Chef’s Mix of mushrooms working directly with the farmer to know what mushrooms are always at their best. In season currently we have a mix of Cinnamon Caps, Coral Tooth, Queen Trumpet, & Blue Oysters.

  • Sogno Toscano - A new generation of Italian goods importer, with a focus on only the best ingredients sourced from small local purveyors all around Italy. We are proud to get our Olive Oil, Long-stem Artichokes, DOP Bufala Mozzarella*, Calabrian Chilis, & most importantly our DOP Parmesan* from this amazing partner.

  • Rain Dog Farms - Located only 6 miles up the road from Spark, we work hand in hand all year long through each season to get the best and freshest local produce from our wonderful farm partner Charlie. We will source everything from Lettuce Greens, Heirloom Tomatoes, Microgreens, and seasonal Vegetables bi-weekly to always stay evolving with the seasons. “If it grows together, it goes together”

  • Angelo & Franco - From sunny Los Angeles, this small cheese maker is creating our perfectly creamy Burrata used across the menu. Following a 75 year family tradition of cheese making Angelo & Franco have truly brought small batch Italian quality cheese to the States.
